Since 2009, Kattimani has made 42 appearances for Dempo in the I-league and other competitions. His good performances for Dempo earned him a call up to the U-19 and U-23 national teams. He went on to make 2 appearances for the U-23 side. He was signed by FC Goa in the first year of the Hero Indian Super League and was largely an unused substitute. However, he made his mark in the second year of the ISL with inspired performances between the sticks to become the number 1 goal-keeper. His impressive performances in the second year prompted the franchise to re-sign the Goan shot-stopper for the third season of the ISL.
